At the beginning of November, we continue our journey to discover the seasonality and the agro-cultural traditions of the Sicilian territory. The star of the day will be the olive harvest in Chiaramonte Gulfi, an area renowned for the quality of its extra virgin olive oil.

Our guides for the day will be Frantoi Cutrera, a local landmark that has been producing high-quality oil for generations, now exported to over 50 countries and awarded in the most prestigious international competitions.

We will have the opportunity to actively participate in the olive harvest and, after a short walk through the estate's historic olive groves, we will take a break in the shade of the trees, accompanied by some typical products from the Chiaramonte area.
