After exploring the first section of Cavagrande on July 5th, we are heading back into the heart of the Reserve to discover another extraordinary stretch of this Iblei canyon.

The Cassibile river, which has sustained human presence since ancient times, carves its way through the gorge, shaping a spectacular landscape of rocky walls, lush vegetation, and deep, clear pools.

We will follow the river's course, stepping into its waters and traversing the stunning natural pools that line the canyon in a true river trekking experience.
