FOLIAGE SUI NEBRODI

In the afternoon, we will reach Capizzi, one of the villages of the Nebrodi, where our weekend begins.

After arrival and settling in, a guided tour of the village awaits us to learn about its history, traditions, and some of its most characteristic corners.

An initial walk to soak in the atmosphere of the area before we immerse ourselves in the nature of the Nebrodi over the following days.

A hike through the diverse landscapes of the Nebrodi, amidst autumn woods and vistas, until we reach the Bosco della Tassita.

We will walk the trail within this unique environment in Sicilia, characterized by the presence of the Taxus baccata (yew tree).

From there, we will continue on foot to Capizzi, where our day of trekking will conclude.

A loop trail through the autumn landscapes of the Nebrodi, which will lead us up to Monte Pelato, crossing woods and enjoying wide-open views of the surrounding territory.
