Ready, set, go.... A fantastic adventure, crossing hills, plains, small villages, and landscapes… everything beautiful that nature has to offer. A journey spanning seven stages over four months, designed to give everyone the chance to plan ahead so that no one misses out.

Today, starting from Mineo, a fantastic village perched like a throne on a hill, we will descend towards the valley heading for Militello in val di Catania. The route for today's walk will be a continuous overlap of old mule tracks and country lanes, characterized by clayey areas and volcanic basalts. After our lunch break, having enjoyed a pleasant morning hike, we will take in the view over the Piana di Catania, stretching from the Monti Erei all the way to the sea.

The fee does not include: travel to and from the meeting point.

Itinerary type: marked and unmarked trails, forest tracks, and mule paths.
Travel: using your own car.

Required equipment: trekking clothing, small backpack, hiking boots, trekking poles, hat, sweater, waterproof jacket, and 1.5 liters of water.
