Full Moon among the Neviere of Monte Arcibessi

A night walk brightened by the light of the full moon near Monte Arcibessi (908 meters above sea level). The route winds, for the first part, through a forest of pines, holm oaks, and downy oaks up to the summit of the mountain, from where it will be possible to admire the panorama overlooking South-Eastern Sicily. Along our path, we will visit the ancient neviere (historic ice houses) located above Chiaramonte, the last testament to an important trade that once involved the Iblei territory. Once we reach the peak of Monte Arcibessi, we will stop to celebrate the Neviere with a taste of lemon granita accompanied by a fruit salad. Our route then continues along another path through the forest to complete the loop of our excursion.

The fee does not include: travel to and from the meeting point, packed dinner.
