Snowshoeing Adventures in the Nebrodi Mountains.

The Nebrodi are the mountains of the Griffon vultures, a mountain range where the highest peak, Monte Soro, rises over 1800 meters, nestled in the northeastern part of the Sicilian coast. Green mountains rich in springs and lakes like the Biviere di Cesarò define this landscape, as do the black pigs and the beautiful Sanfratellani horses that graze at high altitudes. Our snowshoeing excursions will depart both days from Villa Miraglia, taking place between Portella Femmina Morta, Monte Soro, lake Maulazzo, and off-trail through the woods. The program may be subject to changes due to weather conditions, and the use of equipment may vary depending on snow cover. Each excursion lasts approximately 5 hours. Our accommodation for this weekend is a small and precious mountain Relais, Villa Miraglia, a landmark of the Nebrodi managed by the Mazzurco family, synonymous with excellence in hospitality and local gastronomy.

Fee: € 65,00, includes guide service, accident insurance, and rental of snowshoes and poles. For insurance purposes, we kindly ask you to send us your full name and tax code (codice fiscale). We recommend carrying a copy of your health insurance card.
Other expenses: € 160,00 - Includes: overnight stay at Villa Miraglia, accommodation in double, triple, or quadruple rooms, dinner on Friday and Saturday, breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, and packed lunches for Saturday and Sunday.
Possibility to join individual daily snowshoeing trips on Saturday and Sunday for € 35,00
Expenses do not include: fuel costs for travel.
Deposit: € 65,00 at the time of booking.
Balance: € 160,00 - Do not send; please bring it with you and pay on-site.
