Nature, trekking, river, and rafts: four elements for a day to be lived in the heart of the Iblei. A magical and one-of-a-kind place, a paradise and a corner of still-pristine nature, a little gem of the Iblei: the Gole della Stretta in Buccheri!
The gorges were carved by the erosive action of the San Leonardo river, creating spots of rare beauty. This place will allow us to navigate it using small rafts, which we will use to venture deep into the gorge, between breathtaking narrow walls and stunning waterfalls. In this corner, the Iblei show us their greatest splendor, and we will enjoy a truly unique experience.

Fee: € 20,00 - Includes guide services, use of rafts, accident insurance, and excursion organization. For insurance purposes, we kindly ask you to send us: your full name and tax code (codice fiscale).
The fee does not include: travel to and from the meeting point.
Meeting point: Saturday, March 25, 2023 - 09:00 AM at the Buccheri sports field (SR).

Lunch: packed lunch

Loop trail: marked and unmarked paths, forest tracks, and old mule tracks (trazzere).
Highlights: The light, colors, and reflections that only this corner can offer.
Travel: use of your own car.
Difficulty: moderate.
Required equipment: trekking clothing, small backpack, hiking boots, trekking poles, hat, sweater, waterproof jacket, and 1.5 liters of water. Please bring closed-toe water shoes, socks, and a change of clothes in your backpack in case you get wet.
