Autumn in the Nebrodi - From Lago Urio Quattrocchi to Monte Pelato

This is one of the best times of year to soak in the views and natural beauty of the Park, from the beech forests to the mountain lakes, all set against the vibrant orange hues of Autumn. We’ll be trekking near the mountain ridge of the largest protected area in Sicilia. You’ll be amazed by the extraordinary variety of environments, landscapes, flora, and fauna we’ll encounter along the way: botanical rarities, the Tassita woods, wetlands like Lago Urio Quattrocchi, and plenty of spectacular viewpoints. For this weekend, our home base will be Capizzi, staying with our friends Piro and Cettina in this charming little village in the Nebrodi.

Fee: € 60,00 - Includes guide services, accident insurance, and excursion organization. For insurance purposes, please kindly send us your full name and tax code (codice fiscale).
Other expenses: € 130,00. Includes: B&B accommodation in double, triple, and quadruple rooms, dinners and breakfasts from the evening of the first day to the morning of the last, and packed lunches for Saturday and Sunday.
Costs do not include: travel expenses to and from the meeting point and any extra costs not specified.
Deposit: € 60,00 upon registration.
Balance: € 130,00 to be paid on-site.

Required equipment: trekking clothing, hiking boots, long trousers, hat, trekking poles, headlamp/flashlight, shower sandals, rain poncho (k-way), sweater, waterproof jacket, water bottle, and personal toiletries.
