Epiphany Trekking in the Iblei

The holiday of gifts and surprises brings us together with friends and family for this beautiful week of hiking. We have chosen the Iblei for a classic itinerary, yet one that always feels original when experienced through the eyes of local explorers. Crowning a landscape rich in traditions—shaped by the passage of countless peoples and cultures that have governed it—are the remains of the greatest civilizations of the past. These testimonies blend into a single portrait that represents Sicily. Our paths wind through the Iblei territory, where you will discover the Baroque charm of its historic centers (many of which are UNESCO sites), the rich variety of its Mediterranean scrub, the quality of its spiced and colorful cuisine, an endless network of dry-stone walls, and a Sicily that feels geographically and culturally distinct from the rest of Europe. This is a stationary trekking trip that follows long-forgotten rural routes. Key locations of our journey: Palazzolo Acreide, Pantalica, Cavagrande del Cassibile, the Vendicari reserve, and Marzamemi.

Fee: € 90,00, includes guide service, accident insurance, and trekking organization.
Other expenses: € 190,00, Includes: overnight stay in accommodation with double and triple rooms, dinners and breakfasts from the evening of the first day until the morning of the last, including drinks, and packed lunches for every day (excluding the first day).
