Rafting and Trekking in the Pollino National Park

Pollino National Park: a fun-filled adventure where you can challenge yourself with beautiful treks and the adrenaline rush of rafting. Our excursions will take us through places of boundless natural beauty and landscapes that stretch from the Tyrrhenian to the Ionian Sea. We will spend 3 nights in a facility nestled in the greenery of the Pollino National Park. The treks will allow us to fully enjoy the Pollino National Park and its vistas, highlighted by the iconic Bosnian pines (pino loricato). Our trip includes rafting on the Lao River in the Lucanian lands—a truly alternative and exciting way to immerse yourself in nature.

Fee: € 120.00 – Includes guide service, travel insurance, and excursion organization.
Other expenses: € 250.00 - Includes: 3 nights in a 3* mountain hut (Rifugio) with double and triple room accommodation. Dinners and breakfasts from the evening of the first day until the morning of the last, packed lunches for the first 2 days, and a lunch after rafting featuring local products, as well as helmet and wetsuit equipment for Canyoning and Rafting with the assistance of qualified staff.
Costs do not include: Travel expenses by car to reach the meeting point, packed lunch for the first day, and any extra expenses not specified.

Balance: € 250.00 - Please do not send this in advance; bring it with you to pay on-site.

End of trip: Sunday, July 10 at 4:00 PM in Campicello.
Travel: Own car.
Difficulty: Challenging.
Daily walking hours: 5 to 7 hours.
Trekking: Stationary base with a light backpack.
Nights: 3 nights in a 3* mountain hut (Rifugio).
Highlights: Nature, landscapes, Rafting, history, Bosnian pine (pino loricato), food and wine.
Required equipment: Trekking clothing, small backpack, trekking shoes and socks, hat, trekking poles, waterproof jacket, sweater, backpack cover, sunscreen, rain poncho (k-way), 1.5 liters of water, shower sandals, and personal toiletries. For Rafting and Canyoning: sneakers that can get wet and a swimsuit.
Duration: 4 days / 3 nights.
