Contrada Buglia and Valle dell'Irminio (RG)

An ideal opportunity to walk and discover the Ragusa area, following mule tracks and ancient regie trazzere (royal paths). A journey through history and nature, where we will encounter old noble houses, a church, and an archaeological site. The natural landscape is stunning, reflecting the great variety of Mediterranean flora, and the views over the Irminio valley all the way to the river mouth are truly captivating. We will stop for lunch near the river, then continue our ascent through shrubs, carob trees, and abandoned olive groves, before following a dirt road that leads us back to our starting point.

Fee: € 10,00 – Includes guide services, RCT insurance, and excursion organization.
Not included: packed lunch and fuel costs for travel.

Route: 6 hours of walking including breaks – regie trazzere, mule tracks, marked trails, and river fords.
Required equipment: trekking clothing, small backpack, k-way, hiking boots, waterproof jacket, hat, sweater, 1.5 liters of water.
