Wild Canyoning at Calcinara - Pantalica

Our ascent begins where the clear waters of the Calcinara stream flow into the Anapo river. The stream has an average depth of 80 cm, allowing for an aquatic trekking route where, at times, you will need to know how to swim due to the presence of deep pools (2-3 meters). Small, easily surmountable waterfalls increase oxygenation, supporting extraordinary ecological indicators such as the freshwater crab and trout. The characteristic vegetation enriches this inimitable natural spectacle with scents and colors. The route offers an extra thrill when it allows us to enter the Galermi aqueduct.
