Randello under the Stars....

Among our classics, this is the “Classic”! What better place to enjoy a magical night: the night of the shooting stars. A walk between the woods and the sea, sunset on the shore, and a trek in an enchanting nature reserve. We have chosen the night of San Lorenzo to accompany you through the Randello reserve; a natural site rich in history and traditions. This magnificent place will offer us unique details and scenery to savor during the “night of the shooting stars.”
This trek will be characterized by the variety of paths we will cross: forest tracks, sand, rocks, and country trails. We will reach Punta a Braccetto near Torre Vigliena, where we can admire the coastline all the way to the other tower at Punta Secca. There will be an opportunity to have dinner with local “tipicherie” (traditional Iblei specialties like focacce, cassatine, and wine), before returning via a loop route to our starting point.

Fee: € 10,00 - Includes guide service, RCT insurance, and organization.
Dinner (optional): € 5,00 dinner featuring local focacce ragusane (to be added to the € 10,00 fee);
Meeting point: 7:30 PM at the entrance of the Randello reserve.
End of excursion: 12:00 AM at the same starting point.

Difficulty: easy.
Route: 3.5 hours of walking – approx. 8 km – on and off-trail paths.
Required equipment: trekking clothing, swimsuit, small backpack, rain jacket (k-way), hiking boots, small flashlight, 1.0 lt. of water.
