The Etna You Can't Miss - Night Trek - Sunrise - Summit Craters - Valle del Bove

Bivouac at 2700 m. – Sunrise – Summit Craters and Valle del Bove. These are destinations that every hiker must have “in their pocket,” the most coveted and panoramic spots on Etna.
The experience of a bivouac, this time inside a crater, the wonder of opening your eyes at sunrise at an altitude of 2700 m., the charm of the central craters, and the majesty of the Valle del Bove, all together for the first time over two fantastic days, finding yourself in front of one of the most evocative natural spectacles in Europe.

Fee: € 55,00 - Includes guide service, RCT insurance, organization, and a Volcanological guide.
If it is not possible for safety reasons to ascend to the Summit Craters and we do not use the Volcanological Guide, the cost will decrease by € 20,00.
Costs do not include: travel expenses to and from the meeting point, dinner, breakfast, and packed lunch.
Max number of participants: 15
Meeting point: Saturday, September 01 at 4:30 PM in Nicolosi (CT), Piazza V. Emanuele, or at 5:00 PM at Rifugio Sapienza.
End of excursion: Sunday, September 02 at 5:00 PM at Rifugio Sapienza
Travel: own car.
Highlights: lunar landscapes, lava flows, Summit Craters, and sunrise at 2700 meters.
Difficulty: demanding
Required equipment: trekking clothing, backpack, hiking boots, hat, winter sleeping bag, sleeping mat, sunscreen, sweater, waterproof jacket, neck warmer, gloves, face mask, flashlight, 2 liters of water, packed dinner for Saturday, and packed breakfast and lunch for Sunday.
