A journey of intense adventure and powerful emotions, featuring breathtaking views and extraordinary, surreal, and heavenly landscapes. The itinerary runs along the Gulf of Orosei, immersed in dense Mediterranean vegetation, between towering rocky cliffs and deep canyons that lead to deserted, dreamlike coves.
The chosen routes will take place in Barbagia, the heart of Sardinia, where customs, traditions, and a generous nature have defined and distinguished the lives of its people for millennia, and the Selvaggio Blu, a particularly demanding trek that winds along the edge of the cliffs on the coast of Baunei.
The Selvaggio Blu route was conceived in the 1980s by two Italian mountaineers, Mario Verin and Peppino Cicalò, who were the first to be captivated by the wild beauty of this stretch of coast. They painstakingly traced the paths used by shepherds and their flocks, as well as ancient mule tracks used by charcoal burners in the late 1800s, connecting them through routes they discovered with great effort amidst the limestone and vegetation of the Supramonte.

Fee: € 350.00 – Includes AIGAE Environmental Hiking Guide service, technical rope equipment for challenging sections, Global Assistance (Travel care) insurance, and trip organization.
Other expenses: € 540.00. Expenses include - Overnight stays – 4 nights in a hotel with double or twin rooms, 4 nights in quadruple bungalows in Baunei (please bring your own sleeping bags for the bungalows), and the night of May 22nd in Irbidossili to dine with the shepherds and sleep in their Ovile (shepherd's hut). Dinners and breakfasts in restaurants and packed lunches every day.
Costs do not include: Round-trip travel to reach Oliena, the meeting point with the mountain guide, and any unspecified extra expenses.
Deposit: € 200.00 upon registration.
Balance: € 690.00 - Do not send; please bring it with you and pay on-site.

Travel and local transfers: Your own car, rental car, or minibus. For the latter option, the cost will be split among all participants.

Difficulty: Demanding, with rope equipment required for technical sections.
