Eoliando for Easter - Salina-Panarea-Filicudi and Alicudi

The Eolie are ancient creatures: located in the lower Tyrrhenian Sea, about 40 kilometers from the Sicilian coast, they emerged from the sea during the Pleistocene and have evolved over time, diversifying their physical forms. This evolution is still ongoing—one only needs to observe the Strombolian activity or dive into the waters to realize that the life beneath the surface is in constant ferment. But the Eolie are also synonymous with "Malvasie"; recognized as the finest amber wines in all of Italy for their harmonic fullness, fragrance, and liqueur-like body. Salina, this surprising island, offers beautiful hikes between the sea and the mountains, as well as the villages that made it world-famous thanks to the film “Il Postino” starring Massimo Troisi. We will hike to Monte dei Porri, starting from Pollara after visiting the house from “Il Postino”. We will also enjoy a hike from Lingua to Monte Fossa delle Felci, guided tastings, and time by the sea.
In Panarea (Panarìa in Sicilian), we will discover a welcoming, almost family-like atmosphere and a landscape still untouched by concrete. The sea is enchanting, with a thousand shades of emerald green.
Filicudi reveals its wild and almost inhospitable side: standing out against the sea, halfway between Alicudi and Salina. On our final day, we visit the solitary Alicudi, home to only a few hundred people; the slowed-down rhythm of life here brings a sense of mental serenity.

Other expenses: € 320,00. Includes: hotel stays in double or triple rooms, dinners and breakfasts from the evening of the first day until the morning of the last, private bus transfers on Salina, and a winery visit with tasting.
Costs do not include: packed lunches for all days, travel expenses to reach the islands (car and hydrofoil round-trip), and any unspecified extra costs.

Meeting point: Thursday, April 13th, at 09:00 AM at the Port of Milazzo, in front of the Liberty Lines hydrofoil terminal. For those arriving by car, it is important to park in one of the paid parking lots.
End of trip: Tuesday, April 18th, at 06:30 PM, Port of Milazzo.
